High watt-density coil heaters built from a chrome-nickel steel sheath, high-purity MgO insulation and NiCr 80:20 element, precision-fit on hot runner nozzles with an even heat profile. Micro tubular variants use 1.5mm or 1.8mm diameter tube (or a flat 1.4x2.2mm cross-section) with staggered cold leads for tight spaces, while brass sleeve coil heaters withstand sheath temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C) in stainless steel or 900°F (480°C) in aluminized steel, with a range of termination and clamping options.
