A high watt-density cartridge heater for hot runner bushings, packaging machinery, marking and sealing equipment, and medical/laboratory apparatus. Specially selected high-purity magnesium oxide insulation, a highly non-corrosive sheath and a sealed bottom with a conical end disk prevent contamination and allow easy replacement, giving superior life expectancy. Crimped-on or swaged-in lead options are both available, with an inbuilt thermocouple offered on request.
