Honeycomb rotor dehumidifiers work together with a hopper dryer to dry strongly hygroscopic engineering plastics such as PET, PBT, PA and PC that need an ultra-low dew-point. The imported honeycomb rotor provides dry air at dew-point -32°C to -40°C, and can go even lower with chilled water. A silica-gel absorption honeycomb with low regenerative temperature saves power compared with molecular-sieve designs, a return air filter keeps powder and dust out of the rotor, and the cooler structure is stainless steel for easy cleaning.
