Portable and central chilling systems, air- or water-cooled, from 2 to 50 tons. Portable chillers supply 0.5–30 hp of chilled water from 7°C to 18°C at a variety of flow rates and pressures, using single and dual pumps, with PID auto-tuned microprocessor control accurate to ±1°C; many models use a scroll compressor for lower operating cost. Central chilling systems are supplied as a complete package — tank, refrigeration system, control system and pumping system — in a small footprint with lower installation cost.
