A non-mesh plastic recycling unit built for beside-the-press use, crushing a small amount of defective products or runners directly next to the injection moulding machine. Low speed operation keeps noise down and grinding particles even, with no leakage cutting or excess dust. Material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper, where the rotary impact of the rotary knife carries out coarse and fine crushing simultaneously — the fixed blade and movable blade shear-cut together, and the crushed material is mixed with virgin material via a two-proportional valve before being transported to the IMM by autoloader.
