An innovative, fully-automatic dense storage system that stores pallet goods intensively on the rack, distinct from traditional ASRS. Through MHS/WCS control software, the mother shuttle, baby shuttle, lift, conveyors and other equipment operate together automatically, cancelling forklift passage and other auxiliary space to greatly improve pallet storage density and cut down pallet transfer time. The Mother Shuttle is the key vehicle for horizontal movement, carrying the Baby Shuttle and changing aisles, and also transports pallets to the in-feed/out-feed point, supporting both FIFO and LIFO operations. Advanced design gives high-speed, accurate positioning; the Mother Shuttle can change levels automatically and charge the Baby Shuttle during movement.
