High speed granulator suitable for crushing and reuse of all kinds of plastics, especially large and rigid defective products, with a good crushing effect. Blade holder optimisation design splits into flake blade and claw blade types, and the larger granulators achieve centralised crushing with high crushing efficiency and high output. The powerful sound-proof version adopts a fully hermetic sound-proof design, giving an excellent working environment with noise below 75dB measured one metre from the machine. The claw & flake blade structure crushes all kinds of plastic defective products, and the crushed material is blended with virgin material from the storage tank via a two-proportional valve before transport to the IMM by autoloader.
