Suitable for automatic proportion mixing of virgin material, regrind material, masterbatch and other additives, mounted directly onto the barrel of an IMM or extruder. The series adopts an imported brushless DC motor: the preset mixing portion is converted automatically into the required direct-drive speed (RPM) by a full digital microcomputer control system, metering with an accuracy of ±1% from set points as the precision screw drives material to the barrel. Very suitable for both injection moulding and extrusion applications, with single or twin-hopper configurations available.
