Head-mounted transmitters fit directly on a DIN rail or sensor head to convert a thermocouple or RTD signal into a standard 4-20mA output, with signal conditioning, amplification, linearization and galvanic isolation built in. Panel-mounted transmitters do the same job from a control panel or wall enclosure for centralised monitoring. Bayonet adaptors provide a twist-and-lock male-thread process mount so a bayonet-style thermocouple can be inserted and removed quickly while its tip stays firmly seated.
