A batch-type gravimetric blender suitable for thermoplastic materials with good fluidity, weighing, metering and uniformly mixing raw materials ahead of the IMM. The storage hopper's measuring valve opens to feed the weighing hopper, a high-precision load cell weighs the batch, and once the preset value is reached the measuring valve closes; when all stations have been correctly weighed, the whole batch is released to the mixing tank, where a high-efficiency mixer blends the raw material evenly before it drops to the storage tank or straight into the IMM feed port. A variety of models are available, processing from 2 to 10 kinds of raw material — virgin material, regrind material, masterbatch and various additives.
