A direct-driven rotary screw airend paired with an intelligent microprocessor controller: the LCD shows present temperature, working pressure, accumulative working time and malfunction status, with maintenance scheduling available online. The redesigned intake control system closes on startup to reduce load and releases oil reservoir pressure on shutdown to prevent leakage, cutting intake noise. The energy-efficient combination cooler increases exchange capacity by 10% and resists chemical damage, while larger, slower-turning rotors (30–50% lower speed) cut power consumption, noise and maintenance. The IE2-class motor carries Grade F insulation, IP55 protection and SKF bearings.
